How do I get started?
The best way to get started is to access the free quote page and fill in the required information. There is a place there to attach your image. That will assure that we have the information we need to give you an accurate quote.
What is the minimum quantity I can order?
The minimum number of patches that can be ordered is 10 pieces per design size and color, however, there is a considerable savings if you order a higher quantity.
How long will it take to get my patches?
We normally deliver patches within 14 days of the date of the order. If you need them sooner, be sure to let us know.
How can I pay for my order?
We have a secure order form that you can use to send your information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Do you accept purchase orders as payment?
If you are a government agency or a public school, we can accept a purchase order for an order with a minimum balance of $ 200.00. We can also accept a check as payment, however, we cannot place the order until the check has been received.
Do you charge for shipping or sales taxes?
We do not charge shipping for any order shipped to a united States address. The only state that we charge sales tax to is Florida, since that is where our corporate office is located.

What if I find patches that are cheaper?

Do you ship to an APO?
Yes, we can ship to an APO. There is a small shipping and handling charge to do that.
What materials are your patches made of?
he background fabric for embroidered patches is a poly-cotton blended twill. The threads are 100% rayon.
How durable is the iron-on backing?
When properly applied, the iron on backing is good for approximately 20-30 washings. We recommend a hot cut border if the patches are going to be ironed on.
What is the tape backing used for?
The tape backing is a peel and stick backing that is excellent for a temporary application, like at a trade show or weekend event. The glue is very adherent. We recommend a hot cut border for patches with tape backing.
Will I get to see what the patch looks like before I place the order?
Yes, we will have our graphics art department create a full color proof for your review and approval, so that you can see what the patch will look like.
When will I be charged for the order?
Once you send us the approval to proceed, we will charge your credit card and place the order with our factory.
Why do I have to pay for my patches up front?
Due to the inherent nature of patches, they hold absolutely no value for anyone other than the person ordering them. Because of this, we must require payment at the time of the order.
What type of art file formats do you accept?
If you have vectored art in an .ai, .eps or .psd file, we would prefer to work with that, however, we can accept most common type of files, such as .jpg, .png, .gif, .doc, .pdf to name a few.
What if I do not like the proof?
If you do not like the proof that we send you, you can request whatever changes that we need to make and we will gladly revise the proof to your satisfaction. We do not charge for any proofs or revisions.

How do I know that I will get my patches after you charge my credit card?
We are a multi-million dollar corporation with a reputation of outstanding customer service. We suggest that you check us out with the Better Business Bureau which has assessed us with an A+ rating. You can also call us on the phone and talk to a real person.
Does my patch have to be round or square?
We can make your patch any shape that you want by using a hot cut border. Normally, a patches that is round, square, rectangular, triangular, or oval would have a merrowed border.
Can you make patches that are smaller than 2”?
Yes, we can, however, the minimum size of the patch would depend on the level of detail in the design.
What is the largest patch you can make?
We can make patches up the 15” width or height.
