Embroidered Patch Color Guide
Check out the twill and thread colors we offer. The thread is sewn onto the twill backing material to form your design. With 50% and 75% embroidery, the contrasting twill color will be visible on you patch. Patches that have 100% embroidery cover the twill backing completely with thread, so the backing is not visible. That means you don’t have to worry about the twill color with 100% embroidery.
On 50% or 75% embroidered patches, the twill forms the background of the design, and can be the most visible color. That means it’s important to choose the right twill color. Our artists will help you pick the one that perfectly complements your thread colors(s). NOTE: Because computer monitors vary in their color calibration, displayed colors will vary from one machine to another. If you want an exact color match, please consult a Pantone© (PMS) color chart at your local print shop or public library, then notify us of the number of your desired Pantone color. This is the ONLY way to ensure a 100% color match.
